Supreme Court To Give Final Rullings On PDP Power Tussle July 12

The Supreme Court to rule on July 12th, to give a final judgement on the case between the Makarfi and Sheriff factions of the PDP, to determine the authentic leader of the party.

The judgement is belived to give a new direction to the party and it's members because, the lingering crisis has cause so much uncertainty and apprehension to members of the party.
Some members are however still insisting that should the judgement favour Sheriff's faction, they will cease to be members of the party, that they cannot stay in the same party with him.
Those on the Makarfi's faction are reportedly said to be on another platform called APDA, to move on if the judgement is not in their favour, some of them are also said to be in Labour party in the case of Lagos State, where PDP structure under Bode George (Makarfi) are in partnership with the party to be able to contest the forthcoming Council election on July 22nd.
Recall that former aide to Jonathan, Chief Doyin Okupe announced his resignation from the party on Sunday morning stating that the party is no longer in existence, a decision that has generated a lot of condemnation from PDP die hard members.
